We arrived at 3; checkin was easy; room was clean; clean towels; clean bathroom; good water pressure in shower; beds were comfortable; give it a strong recommendation.

Disliked: When reserved my room online and printed my reservations it said 12 o'clock check out. The hotel apparently had a 22 o'clock check out. The oriental lady was rude in telling me to leave. I went to the front desk with my reservation in hand to show that my print out said 12 o'clock. The front desk attendant explained that the policy had been changed for 2 years. I told her to check in to online reservations because check out time clearly says 12 online. Other than that everything was great!

Really enjoyed my stay and for the price it can't be beat. Only 2 miles from our concert venue. Nice fridge/microwave/tv - really happy.

Liked: Clean room; very nice; spacious; nice staff.
Disliked: Few spider webs in the upper ceiling, bug on the wall.

Clean remodeled rooms; state liquor store and farmers market close by.

Liked: Superb experience and Jam Band friendly, a huge plus considering its proximity to the Red Hat Amphitheater.
Disliked: Nothing negative - staff was great.
