Rosen Centre Hotel

Liked: This review is for Rosen Centre since we were moved from COVID. Pool was nice and Reds Deli had great food
Disliked: Didnt get King beds per our reservation (not my problem you have limited King rooms) and beds were poor....Sealy is terrible...upgrade to Simmons!! No luggage carts with a far walk to you car to load/unload room...ridiculous. Front desk although nice was not on same page with parking staff in front. Hot tubs jets barely worked and bathroom shower very small. Had been wanting to stay here for years and not impressed/pretty disappointed. Will not be back.

Liked: Pool was nice and the Reds Deli.
Disliked: Didnt get my reservation of King Beds!, Beds are poor quality....please get rid of Sealy and get Simmons. No luggage carts and far walk to car. Hot tubs jets were working poorly. Room pretty avg and small shower. Pretty disappointed overall and wont be back.

Liked: Cheap, clean. The hotel is close to Universal studios resort, and has a free transfer there.
Disliked: Nothing unexpected.
