Liked: Nice staff, spacious room
Disliked: Squeaky bed, cigarette burns on jetted tub?? What a jetted tub in a hotel? Not... smoke free room smelled like smoke.

I had an excellent, enjoyable...
Liked: I love the room. Clean, comfortable and roomy. I didn't care too much for the location. I traveled with my significate other and it was a very romantic. We only went out once, and that was for food other than that we stayed in the entire time. I will be coming back more often.
Disliked: I didn't care too much for the location and it could use more lightening on the outside.

Horrible hospitality
Liked: Pet stayed free
Disliked: Requested downstairs room a month ahead of stay for disabled mother, did not get downstairs room. Once there parked in disabled parking with legal tag on vehicle, office called room to ask us to move vehicle that it was reserved for handicap guest. Then any time we would leave the hotel operator who was not handicapped or disabled was parked in the spot. Since we were in upstairs room, when we left my disabled mother passed out from having to make her way downstairs after pretty much having to stay in the room all week due to disability and the fact walking up and down stairs isn't a easy task for her, so she felt bad most of the trip.
