Liked: the check in persons were friendly
Disliked: The floor looked like it was never swept the shower / tub wall had mold along the top edge the room smelled bad. there was a comfort bed linen that had a cig burn in it... Just over all very poor!

Not a good place if...
Disliked: The bed was terrible,I didn't sleep at all and there was police in and out of the parking lot all night

Still waiting on a call...
Liked: No breakfast due to Covid. Good location.
Disliked: We arrived to check in after 7pm & a room still wasn?t ready, said it was being cleaned! Nothing clean about the room at all, except the beds were made nice other than that not a thing had been cleaned, & we had to clean the room ourselves, it was disgusting. The floors had not even been dust mopped let alone mopped, or the carpet inside the door vacuumed. We had half a roll of dirty left over toilet paper in our room & not another roll to be found, had to go to front desk and ask for some. We used all The towels in the room (which were spars for two people, good thing we take our own) to clean the floor and the white towels were all completely black! Pubic hair all over the shower & tub...gross. The toilet was clogged & my husband had to go down and get a plunger & plunge it himself. The beds are very uncomfortable but I?m not here to complain about that, the cleanliness of the room is all I?m concern with. With Covid going on now especially the condition (filthy) of the room is all I?m condemned about. It was completely unacceptable! We took lots of pictures of the condition of the room, we took all the black towels to the front desk told them about the condition of the room and were told a general manager would contact us. Well that never happened, so upon checking out ask again and front desk acted shocked we hadn?t been gotten ahold of yet & assured me I?d be called that day(July 5th) well it?s now July 9th and no one has still contacted us. They advertise to be exceptional on cleanliness & even more so with Covid going around, and this is not so at ALL! That?s unacceptable especially now. We spent an hr cleaning that room (4 of us) and that it was still just sub par, you still didn?t want to touch a wall or graze by anything you hadn?t personally disinfected! No one is taking precautions there as the say they are during this scary Covid time!

Liked: Employee at front desk did take care deficiencies, like soap and telephone.
Disliked: Bathroom floor filthy. I accidentally spilled water on the floor, the cloth turned black when I wiped it up. I thought I would get a foot disease. The entry door looked like it had been broken into with a crowbar. Rather than fix it properly, the damage was simply painted over. As a result I did not feel safe. I had no soap and phone was not connected properly. Because I registered on-line, I was not able to get an AARP discount even though I requested it. I was not aware that the on-line registration was not actually with your motel.

Not the worst I have...
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No towels in the room, we had to go get our own. did not feel safe in the area we were in. It was loud at night. Floor in room was dirty, the whole room had a film covering on the surfaces. And when I was leaving I noticed trash by the edge of the bed that was not ours.

Door not working
Disliked: I was very upset that I paid all that money for rooms and one of my doors was not working properly and I reported that when I first checked in and nothing was done it took me 20 to get into my room after I went to get someone from the front desk and it still did not work properly
