Liked: i wouldn?t recommend this location at all, houston offers too many affordable hotels to choose from. the room kept flooding, full of mildew & roaches!

Liked: The location was nice the rooms where clean and nice. The weather conditions was the only reason we didn't enjoy the stay.The power was on and off the whole stay and no water to take a bath or flush the toilet .
Disliked: The front desk person wasn't pleasant.

Liked: All of The Staff is always amazing, friendly and informative. Mrs. Roy and Tonya are always accommodating and always brings a smile that makes my stay...Thank you!
Disliked: The Reception of the Wifi for my Room Would Only Stay Connected if i was Standing just inside the door to my room.
I feel the Overall cleanliness of the rooms Should/Could be improved. Especially the Air Conditioners Front Panels and Filters as well as the Walls of Most of the Rooms(that i have stayed in)Needs to be Wiped Down and Cleansed of the Stains and Markings.

All in all is all...
Liked: I liked how adjacent you are to my home. Also, it's nice that the staff doesn't pry into what goes on around the property. Amble parking is a plus, too.
Disliked: How about not charging me a 2nd time when I check in? Also, a room not facing the highway would be nice. And if the girl at the front really wanted to come by after her shift was over, she needs to just do it.
