overall a good stay in...
Liked: tv channels, great selection. very comfy bed. free shuttle to airport. good location with nearby food outlets
Disliked: breakfast finished early. sunbeds were all broken.

Liked: The staff were very happy and welcoming.
It was well located for food outlets and bus routes.
The rooms were clean and tidy.
Was good value.
Disliked: The hall carpet was stained and tatty.

I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE...
Liked: First off the room that I paid for (king size suite) was a king size mess. The A/C was blowing out HOT AIR you could feel the heat literally at the start of the hall. The refrigerator wasn't working either. Omar took us to another room where the pillows ALL had hair on them, the comforter and sheets had a BIG brown stain on it (how could one miss that?) The refrigerator was leaking, we (my boyfriend and I) had to clean up the water with the towels in our room that Omar (manager) said he would replace that night and NEVER did. Our toilet wouldn't flush, the water kept rising. And lastly the television wasn't working well. All these problems and when you ask for assistance the lady (one Hispanic, round face double chinned young girl) gave us attitude and kept asking rudely "what do you want?" Or "for what " . I asked where was Omar she responded again rudely "FOR WHAT"Omar specifically told us the night before to ask employees specifically for him because they weren't doing their jobs properly. All issues weren't resolved until 6pm the following day. Omar never came back the same night with towels, or a new refrigerator (our ice cream melted, milk spoiled). He was definitely present to drink Hennessy with my boyfriend though, he didn't miss that for sure. He also took our tv remote that night to "fix" it but again the issue wasn't resolved until the following evening. In between the time we arrived til the time he came back with the remote ALL STAFF didn't know where he was and NOBODY was helping us resolve anything. Lastly Omar took our eggs and never returned them. If they had a 0 star rating I'd give red roof inn that. Worse hotel experience EVER !
Disliked: Staff attitude is horrible, and they lack communication. The breakfast is limited. You have dry cereal and milk, coffee, apple and orange juice, mini muffins and a waffle maker and batter. The public microwave is FILTHY !

Good customer service but overall...
Liked: Good customer service and cleanliness.
Disliked: I didn?t like the seats in front lobby are old and the carpet in the halls is old too. The scratches on all the doors look ugly and overall the hotel smells old.
