Liked: Nothing, terrible hotel, terrible management.
Disliked: Mangement "lost" my reservation and re-sold my room to someone else for much more money. They lied about what happened and refused to take responsibility. I had to cancel my trip as a result.

Liked: Nothing, hotel staff are scammers. Do not stay here for any reason!
Disliked: This hotel cancelled my family's reservation, which I made 2 weeks prior, on the day of our stay. The manager claimed to have never gotten our reservation, but the hotel had emailed me when I booked. Then tried to give me a much more expensive substitute

Hotel perfect for our short...

Liked: Good location. Few minutes drive to Cool Insuring Arena where we were attending an event. Only a short drive to outlets and lake George
Disliked: One entrance in front of building to 2nd floor rooms, and parking is in rear of building. Parking outside room if you’re on the first floor. We were on 2nd floor so had to walk around building. Would ask for room on 1st floor next time.

Just what we needed for...

Liked: location was easy to return to after the funeral. The front desk man was wonderful ! He gave his condolences to us for our family death. He was able to suggest a Walmart very nearby,when I said I didn't have proper shoes for the snow.
Disliked: We wished that a cot was available to use for our Grandson. A cable TV station guide would have been great . Our Grandson wanted to watch TV,but it wasn't possible to find any he wanted.
