Great location for budget prices.

Liked: Is it the nicest hotel around? No, but it's great for a quick get away. Decent prices for a great location. Restaurant and grocery store right next door is a huge plus. Staff is always super friendly.
Disliked: Elevators could be a little more consistent. Had some issues with elevator doors not wanting to close.

Liked: It’s right across the street from the beach and close to most popular things in Galveston
Disliked: Very old, smells kinda weird, they didn’t have a tooth brush ( my boyfriend forgot his), breakfast didn’t look great, we never ate it.

Disliked: This is an old dilapidated building that was dirty, peeling paint and an elevated that was scary. Rooms are lipstick on a pig!

Liked: Location was amazing! It is located right across from the beach. Staff was very friendly, bed was comfy, pool was great and blocked the wind, breakfast was tasty! The price I paid for my room was spectacular for a hotel of this caliber. I would recommend to anyone staying in Galveston - especially those who want a special experience but on a budget!
Disliked: Only one thing - I would recommend they put a key card opening to all entrances because there is a large walkway that anyone can walk in to the courtyard and I think some people came in trying to mess with the guests which resulted in some yelling. -- Besides that - the stay was perfect!

Romantic getaway

Liked: Nice room on the 4th floor with a pretty large ocean view. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was generous with some hot dishes available. Nice experience. Thank you Beachfront Palms.
