Served it's purpose, but we...

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Shower was not clean, had seals from shampoo bottles stuck to the wall showing me it had not been cleaned. There was no kleenex in the holder. A few dead crickets on the floor. Cleaner bottle was left on the desk. The bath towels were tiny! Price was super expensive because it was Family Weekend at the university, and all hotels price gouge on those busy weekends. It was definitely priced too high for the value.

Toilet running all night loud...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Overpriced! For a regular cheap hotel. Bedding was stained

Will absolutely not stay at...

Disliked: Smelled liked old stale cigarette smoke. Found a “butt” that wasn’t that of a cigarette Amongst the coffee packets.

Top Notch Service

Liked: The staff was the best!
Disliked: Absolutely no complaints.

Will stay again

Liked: I liked how spacious the room was, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is older but still clean and semi updated. The huge mirror and counter in the bathroom was definitely a plus since I was with 2 other girls. I really liked how the toilet and shower were separate from the sink and counter. It made getting ready a lot easier. The front desk associates were very sweet, the lobby was very clean and inviting!
Disliked: There are only stairs, no elevator, so carrying the viewing bags up the stairs was rough, but that was probably an oversight on my part. The pool, unfortunately, wasn't open. There are quite a lot of crickets here!

Liked: Multiple stays have been pleasant. Not this one or March's visit. Extreme loud, partying, music well after midnight. Booking.com got my reservation wrong, and charged me. Red Roof said only one room left, paid full price, TV didn't work, accommodated by switching rooms (staff was good in changing us rooms) even though we were told we got the last room. Don't care to be lied to just to get a room at full price. So I now paid Booking.com for a night that I cancelled and paid Red Roof full price for a terrible nights rest with all the loudness.
