Recommended for a no frills...

Liked: Great staff. Pet friendly! Safe location. Generally well kept and clean. Quiet stay. Comfy beds. Value price.
Disliked: A few things were ragged, like bathroom fixtures, but, then again, functional, and good for the price.

Disliked: My room was filthy I put a towel over the chair because I could not sit down at the table to eat. I put a towel on the floor because apparently there was a previous spill that was dried up on the floor and partially onto the table so I could not walk barefoot in that area. This was all reported into the composition notebook kept on file at the front desk when I arrived because I asked the front desk agent to come witness what I was looking at. I never took a photo because like I said I had the front desk agent witness this. So the agent was able to somewhat rectify the situation by giving me a $10 credit & she also said if I were to extend my stay for a 2nd night then I would be allowed to switch to a room I preferred right across from the room I was in. Meanwhile I did extended my stay for one more night and the next morning is where I had an issue. I was told by ?Housekeeping Manager? I wouldn?t be allowed in the room across from me because someone else has ?reserved? that room in advance. I later found out this person never PAID IN ADVANCE for the room I requested. The hotel was placing the room on HOLD until the customer actually arrives. After I spoke with front desk manager about this Hold that was placed on the Room she quickly accommodated me with the room I requested. No further questions.

Disliked: The one thing that was quite disturbing was I found a pair of ladies underwear in one of the dresser drawers so apparently that tells me Housekeeping is not very detailed in their work. If they checked the room thoroughly they would have found that. I was shocked because with COVID-19 still rampant this establishment needs to be more diligent when it comes to cleaning.
