Disliked: No one answered the security bell, so we we're unable to cancel our reservation. Our booking agent got no response either. The hotel was in an unsafe area.

Disliked: Staff started bagging on door every 15-20 minutes from 8:45 to 11 for no reason. Front desk women screamed at my group of people for no apparent reason

Liked: Due to bad weather we were stuck at the airport with a few thousand other people. All of the more expensive (and probably nicer) hotels were booked. At 12:30 am I booked the closest place to the airport hoping to get some rest before trying to travel again the next day. Red Roof Inn was perfect for our needs. Close to the airport, comfortable beds at a reasonable price. Maybe not a good fit for a multiday stay unless you only need a place to sleep.
Disliked: Room needed some updating. We were stranded without luggage & they didn't offer any toiletries beyond soap and shampoo.
