Liked: Pool with slides
Disliked: No staff always available at the front desk when needed, no coffee after breakfast in the lobby, small towels at the pool ( bigger needed ), not enough veriety for food for breakfast ( adding some fruit, potatoes wouldbe great )

Disliked: Do not stay here! Room reeks of smoke, blankets are torn. Garbage behind the beds. Rooms are obviously not cleaned well. Checking in was a mess, couldn?t find my or my sisters reservations made through booking. My sister was given a room that was not cleaned; then after being assigned a different room another guest was also assigned that room! So the other guests walked right into their room. If that wasn?t bad enough, the firm alarm randomly went off at 2 am in only her room! Waking up her children. No apologies were given, and staff did not seem to care. DO NOT let the pictures of the pool fool you. This place is horrible!

Disliked: Upon our arrival, the lady at the front desk couldn?t find my reservation and said that booking.com never sent over the reservation so she would have to charge it as a walk-in. I showed her our confirmation number and she got on the phone with someone twice to get assistance and then finally was able to check me into a room. When we walked into the room, both beds were unmade, and bathroom was dirty with towels on the floor and dirty towels in the sink. I went back to the front desk and let her know that the room she just checked us into is not ready. No apology, no anything but a straight face. The girl looked like she had no clue what to do. She then made me wait back in line to be checked in AGAIN. So I had to wait until others got checked in and then she checked me into another room (316) and there is NO ELEVATORS in this hotel. Still no apology about the mix up and the wait, and so with that we went to our new room that smelled of smoke and the bathroom tub had dirty foot prints in it. At this point we have been dragged around and so I just was gonna deal with it at which point a lady walk into our room with her kids and bags!!!! Into our room saying it?s her room. I couldn?t believe it. I went straight to the front desk with the lady that walked in my room and AGAIN no apology, no explanation for what happened, the girl at the front desk just handed the other lady some new key cards for a different room. Didn?t take the key cards for my room away. I wish I could say that was all, but then at 2:30 in the morning the fire alarm went off in our room for 5 minutes! Loud blaring siren noise. We all woke thinking the hotel was being evacuated only to find out, nope it was just our room. After it finally stopped we tried to go back to sleep, but couldn?t. When I went to the front desk in the morning and told them about the siren I got no response to why it happened or anything.

Worth the location
Liked: Bed was incredible. Very comfy. Pillows were small and hard. Breakfast was as expected and the staff was nice. Housekeeping who did the service for 309 on 8/31/18 did great. I don't know her name but she made the room look new and fresh.
Disliked: The only thing is the pillows. I would have those replaced with a better brand. I did get headaches from using them but overall the room was great.
