Exceeded expectations

Liked: Beautiful, well-preserved facilities. Some Red Lions we have stayed in have not been in very fine shape after about 50 years or history. This one looks a bit dated in design, but extremely well-cared-for and restored. I loved the wood carved panels in the lobby. And the bar here has very fine huge burgers that made it unnecessary to go elsewhere for dinner.

Liked: Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport was on time. Food in the bar was good.
Disliked: Heat in room did not work, so I had to move to another room a few hours after unpacking.

Liked: Staff was friendly and trying to accommodate very large crowds for RadCon. The sheets were clean and so was the bathroom.
Disliked: The building was old and had obvious things breaking. The ceilings were leaking in the hall. The food was not allergy friendly and very slow in the restaurant. There was mold stains in the bathroom grout.
