Pleasant

Liked: The only issue we had was checking in. We waited in the line for an hour and 20 minutes to check in. The line was outside the door.
Disliked: The checking in process

Liked: ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE and spacious. STaff was friendly. Ice machine was conveniently located. Parking is free AND the hotel didn't have an odor.
Disliked: Stood in line for an hr to check in. SUGGESTION IS HAVE YOUR OVERNIGHT STAFF PRINT ALL CHECK IN REGISTRATIONS for the day AND make keys to PAPERCLIPPED TO REGISTRATIONS FOR FASTER SERVICE so we can check in sign do deposit and bounce it WAS JUST RIDICULOUS and I had a pillow with black stains on it just make sure all linen is clean.

Liked: It was just okay. My kids enjoyed the gym facilities.
Disliked: The water features are quite run down. Access was limited as many of the entrances were closed off and locked with padlocks, kind of a fire hazard feeling. Access to rooms was also in disrepair. The stairs key operated locks did not work making walk all the way around the property. The "locked" side entrances were never actually locked, anyone can get into the hotel. Beds were awful! No support and all 4 beds in the 2 rooms we rented were very lumpy! We were supposed to have pool view rooms but the windows were so badly tinted/smeared that it was next to impossible to see out.This hotel is in major need of repairs. Not worth the money!
