It was a terrible experience all the way through. The shuttle took us to the concert but it took forever due to the traffic problem because of the concert. The driver never showed up after and no one answered the phone so we ended up walking back to the hotel in the cold, pouring rain. Ruined my shoes! When we got the hotel they had no answer to where the driver was. You've got to be kidding me! They didn't even offer a free breakfast or anything. Next, no one explained the parking garage and how it works at all. The plastic cards were extremely confusing. When I went to leave the card didn't work (swipe that is), so I tried to put it in the paper card slot. It took the plastic card and then jammed. There was no attendant. Why? Especially after all those people were staying there for the concert. I pressed the button to call them and no one answered! I tried 2 times and let it ring at least 30 times. Finally had to back out my car and park again so I could run upstairs to the desk. The first time they just told me to redo what I had already done and said the garage people would answer. No! So I had to back out again and park. Went back upstairs and this time the desk person called the company and gave me another plastic card. Then I could leave. Took over 20 minutes for the entire scenario. At breakfast we stood waiting for at least 10 minutes for anyone to come out and serve us. There was no one around to even ask. There were people eating but the bistro was only a 1/4 full! Finally, the waitress came out and served us. I will never stay there again and will definitely never recommend the Radisson to anyone else!

Disliked: The garage; the shuttle service; long wait for breakfast when it was empty.
