Disliked: I have never seen such as noisy located hotel. I didn’t sleep well . I think this hotel is not right place

horrible. Rip off. Never again.

Liked: nothing.
Disliked: Whole experience was awful. Got charged for a room I didn't even stay in and then had to pay more for overdraft fees. On top of that we had to get another room at the same place so we paid twice for a room. Did not get a refund back either. The lady at the desk lied to me and said I wouldn't get charged, but i did.

Excellent service and property. Safe...

Liked: It is an excellent location in terms of access to the city- and it has parking which is rare in this part of town! The room was totally clean and the staff was awesome.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the chaos of the tenderloin has just surrounded this property, making it hard to walk in the immediate area. I just ended up taking a cab home at night to get through it all…it’s a really good hotel whose owners are clearly doing a good job, in a sort of rough area.
