Hot and dirty

Liked: The staff was nice when confronted about problems.
Disliked: Our room was SO hot the AC did not work. We called the day after our first night and asked if they could fix it. All they did was put a portable fan in our room. The next day we left because the second night was awful. We were all miserable.Everything was barely clean. Don’t want to see what a black light would reveal. There was even blood on the bathroom wall. The pool was freezing cold, my kids could hardly enjoy it. We hung by the hot tub which was packed.

Bookin.com dropped the ball.

Liked: Always like the stay
Disliked: Did not like the fact they never received the reservation from Booking.Com. Had to do it all through the desk. Never did receive a conformation from them. Not real happy with Booking.com currently.

Liked: Room was fine. Very clean.
Disliked: At check-in, the desk people seemed out of sorts. I would prefer a complimentary breakfast. Also, the restaurant was not open for dinner which was disappointing. I was told I cold get food in bar, but that was not an environment I wanted that evening.

Liked: The staff was amazing. Manager, front desk, maintenance and the breakfast attendant, they all were accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were run down and old. The breakfast was horrible.
