It was horrible to stay...

Disliked: The workers in the office were rude, charged $30 extra on top of rate to check in at 2 instead of 4, a two bed only have 2 sets of towels instead of 4 sets when we asked the office for more they didn’t want to give us no clean towels or we had to wait like 4-5 hours . They never came to take garbage out the room or never came to take the dirty towels . I have to go to the office about 3 time to try and get the clean towels or had to go ask the maids myself for the towels and all the staff was very rude since the minute I checked in .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Awful horrible will never stay...

Liked: Nothing this place was disgusting and there were motorcycles making noise all night. The receptionist would not give us a towel. He made it a big fuss to give us one.
Disliked: It would’ve been nice if it was quiet throughout the night and if we were able to get sleep without motorcycles making noise all night til 4am.

Was okay, but I don't...

Disliked: I reserved 2 rooms for the ground level as husband and I are disabled, or at least located next to the elevator. I asked for the 2nd room to be next to or close to my room. This did not happen, even though I called after I made the reservation to make sure they could fulfill this request, I was told "Don't worry, we will get your rooms next to each other and on the ground floor." Not only were we NOT on the ground level, but our rooms weren't even on the same floor! Also, my room was NOT close to the elevator. Room cleanliness was okay except the floor was dirty, needed to be swept and mopped. My granddaughter walked in the room bare footed and when she got on the bed, the bottom of her feet were black from the dirt! Also, when searching for a hotel, I included a full breakfast in the filter.... they only had grab n go bags. They shouldn't advertise things they don't offer.
