Liked: Room was comfortable and decent size
Disliked: The lack of soundproofing was an issue when the room beside me decided to run their washing machine or dishwasher that went on for a good couple of hours

Liked: Location to transport, airport, supermarket, view of the ranges, comfortable bed and a vibrant Cafe in entrance of building. Staff responded to requests. Kitchen reasonable for cooking.
Disliked: I felt the room needed a refresh/ paint as it had numerous scuff marks on the walls, the carpet close to the kitchen bench was stained...felt basic. I moved the couch so you didn't look at the building site next door. The photos looked nicer than the actual.

Liked: Very nice apartment hotel with laundry and kitchen facilities. Covered, secure parking. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Short walk to shops. Close to airport.

Disliked: reception should be open after 8pm. For it not to be open when people are checking in off inbound queenstown flights is inconvenient and not what you'd expect from a hotel bearing the Ramada name
