Disliked: Semi was parked outside running all night - nobody from hotel did anything to stop this annoyance.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Had pool & hot tub.
Disliked: Couldnt bring breakfast back to your room

Disliked: Put food in the refrigerator from sushi we got for supper only to find out refrigerator didn’t work and there was a party next to us and instead of moving them they told us we would need to switch rooms when we were checking out next morning! We listened to loud pounding music and yelling until 3 am and had a 6 hour drive ahead of us at 6 am and the beds sucked and place very out dated

Need major face lift and...

Liked: Close to gas station and Starbucks
Disliked: Coffee maker didn’t work - shower curtain didn’t work properly- place smelled like cigarettes and pizza - security chain on door was broken - carpet looked like the original put in when it was built….

I will still come back...

Liked: Bed well made and clean sheets. Room is accessible to the pool. Room is quiet and temp is right. The location is close to the airport.
Disliked: Night staff was rude and do not have good customer service. During check in staff were helpful, however took longer to find me a room. I was charged double for I what booked for. Apparently i was in the wrong Ramada however, i specifically asked for the address of the hotel where i used to staty in the past.

Liked: It was a place to sleep. The ice machine was cool the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We walked in, and it immediately just felt dingy and dirty there was a chunk of door missing in our bathroom The hot tub was yellow, looked really gross and dirty and my son started breaking out. I don’t know if it was the chlorine or what it was. The breakfast was embarrassing. There was hardly anything there. And we had to ask them twice to bring out more waffle mix. They had tiny, powdered sugar, ring doughnuts, laid out flat, and the dispenser just looked very cheap.

Disliked: Shower didn't work, filthy comditions

Liked: It was easy access from the Interstate. Close to Restaurants.
Disliked: The room smelled like mould. The hallway was not well lit. A heavy odor of Marijuana was also present in the hallway. I needed a receipt, the woman at the desk did not know how to print one. I will NEVER stay there again!! Very poor customer service!
