Liked: Wouldnt know. Never stayed there

Liked: That it was close to family I was in town to visit nothing
Disliked: No heat in main areas of hotel. Dirty gross everywher. Room cards didnt work every time to left room. Had to get rekeyed to get in room. Bathroom was disgusting. Was of hair in bath drain. Hair all in tub. Mirror was gross. Disgusting

Disliked: No amenities listed on your website available. No restaurant, no bar, etc. Hotel under reconstruction. No WATER!!! All customers had to leave. I booked 5 nights but had to leave after a few hours.

Liked: The in-room heater worked and worked well. Thank God!
Disliked: You name it. The hotel was under renovation. No heat in the building,no internet, and no breakfast. Two styrofoam containers with molded and frozen food. A dirty washcloth on the shower rail. Not good.

Disliked: The room was under expectation for anyone to stay at. There was a circulating fan In room. A foul odor in the hotel and room. Everything was under renovation. I literally walked in the room and walked immediately out and went to bossier to stay

Disliked: No way it should be rated a 3 star, a 1.5 at best, and was very sketchy and suspect

Liked: Desk clerk was courteous. Mattress was supportive, seemed brand new. Absolutely nothing else was good about this place. 2nd worst hotel stay of my entire 50 year life.
Disliked: This place should be condemned or closed until it's remodeled. One look around in and out would show any reasonable person that this place should not be in business. I can't believe Wyndham's name is associated with. It is grossly misrepresented in photos

Liked: Deplorable building. Nothing to like.
Disliked: The building should be condemned. Black mold was all over the hallway ceilings. Wet marks and smells. There was mildew and food in the microwave. I have pictures of all. I. Ant believe the health department has not condemned the building.
