The staff are helpful and courteous. The room had a very, very strong bad air freshener smell. If you are at all fragrance senitive you will be very unhappy - it was just too strong. There is also no screen on the door to keep the door open to get fresh air. Otherwise, the room is clean and it's a convenient place to stay.

Ramada was convenient to all...

Liked: Breakfast was wonderfully prepared and plentiful. Having quick take-out options (muffins) was helpful. We really enjoyed the Volcano Lounge food, drink and atmosphere.
Disliked: Spa water seemed a little oily.

We won't stay there again.

Liked: The employees were very nice and respectful. The bed was pretty comfy.
Disliked: The hot tub on Thursday night wasn't hot at all. People allowed there dogs to poop all over. Someone even allowed their dog to poop in the hall. The fact that the lights in our room flickered everything we opened the closet. It needs an upgrade for sure.
