Liked: The coffee in the mornings Sun deck was great ..Food was good in the evenings...but could offer more range of meals
Disliked: Facilities in the room basic.Water from the swimming making reception areas slippery..Breakfast too expensive and cold Air con in room poor didn't work probably Fridge was dirty..we wiped it out ..

Liked: The hotel is right on the beach. The restaurant food was great. The staff was so friendly and nice. Really enjoyed staying their. We stay their everytime we visit.

A friendly place to stay.

Liked: Loved the location and that it had beach access. The staff is so friendly and sweet.
Disliked: The floor of our room was filthy and scratched up. It’s a bit outdated. The room could have been a bit cleaner.

Liked: For my needs, the location of the hotel was perfect!
Disliked: My only criticism would be of the housekeeping staff that begin knocking on doors at 9am. I understand they have a job to get completed but 9am is too early.

Liked: The staff are excellent, helpful, and hardworking. The rooms are large, clean, and ours had a wonderful fifth floor, ocean view balcony. We had a wonderful stay.

Bad mattress caused hips to...

Liked: Attached restaurant is nice, lovely decking out to the beach
Disliked: Loud neighbors, sound travels easily between rooms. No fan in the bathroom.Main problem however was the bed itself. The mattress in our room bowed out at the sides (convex sides instead of flat) at the lower half of the mattress and the foot of the mattress was higher than the head. Upon seeing this mattress I should have asked for a new room. After night one I had lower back pain, after the second and last night I was in severe back pain. Ended up going to 8 sessions of the chiropractor over the past few weeks since the trip (had not been to a chiropractor in over 5 years before this) and was told my hip was out of alignment. Makes sense, mattress probably with blown out support on the bottom half impacting my hip alignment.
