Great customer service; clean room; competitive pricing. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Free wifi and cable.

I would absolutely book again at this hotel. I do believe the self parking was a bit pricy at $31 for 24 hours.
Liked: The room was beautiful at an affordable price. The cleaning staff was wonderful; we really enjoyed the indoor pool although the deepest spot was 4 feet.
Disliked: The cable stations had very poor quality and the front desk staff was not overly friendly.

Disliked: The hotel didn't have my reservation right. They had it down for the right day but wrong month. The floor they put me on was still being cleaned. There were garbage bags and garbage in front of all the doors in the hall - smelled like old booze. The cushion on the loveseat had a broken zipper and it left half the inside of the cushion exposed, which was stained.

Liked: Great location; close walking to everything; pool was open late - always a plus; very friendly staff.

The staff was great - they treated us amazingly and were fast at booking us in; the rooms were great - we had two and there were just very nice and clean ;)

Liked: Our room was large and appeared to have been recently renovated. Very clean. Shower was large. I particularly appreciated the lamps which had high watt bulbs for reading. I often pack my own light bulbs because most of the hotels I have stayed at use low watt bulbs which are useless for reading or illuminating the room. The front desk staff was very pleasant. I was surprised how good this hotel is. It deserves ****.

Staff are very pleasant and eager to please. Have used this hotel before and wouldn't hesitate to go there again in the future.
Liked: Very nice clean hotel. Close to the venue (Phoenix Concert Theatre). The Blake House restaurant nearby is very good.
Disliked: Would have liked more control of thermostat - set at 76 degrees as the high.

It was within walking distance to everything I needed or wanted to see. I liked the value of the room also and underground parking. I would stay here again.
Liked: I had a great stay! The room had a nice view, two nice beds and a great TV.
Disliked: The shower wasn't the best. Low water pressure also.

Had a great stay - no problems. Service was great. Within walking distance from venue (Phoenix) - excellent restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.
Liked: Great room; excellent service at the front desk.
