Liked: Very clean, quiet, had everything I needed. Breakfast had a lot of good food.
Disliked: Manager was a little overwhelming. Very nice though. Not the hotel's fault but we lost power the morning of check out. Had to shower using the flashlight from my phone.

I would stay there again.

Liked: greeted with enthusiasm by staff. choice of breakfast foods, comfortable bed, iron and ironing board
Disliked: The power went out for about 30 minutes in the morning, but did not affect the shower, so it still worked out.

Small hotel with excellent service...

Liked: Location is excellent, not too far from anywhere we wanted to go in the cities, and staff was friendly, professional, and polite. We showed up to booking somewhat early, and were given a free room upgrade, so we wouldn't have to wait for our reserved room to be cleaned. Will likely use this hotel most, if not every time, we go to Minneapolis.

Liked: Cleanliness breakfast
Disliked: Clerk taking my card and info was very impersonal

Liked: It was easy to get to, there was a bar/grill right across the street. Check in was a breeze. It was perfect for what we needed it for.
Disliked: the room was a bit dated, but then again, you get what you pay for. I think they were short staffed because it took a little bit of time to get things, but they worked hard and were extremely courteous.

Liked: Clean room
Disliked: Bed bugs signs like small blood stain on sheets.
