Liked: Clean and quiet with very friendly staff.

Rooms were comfortable, however, a bit small. Glad we didn't have a lot of luggage. Customer service down at the front desk was great - very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We went to Yagger's pub right next door and it was delicious. Just a small walk to Rogers Arena and City Centre Station where we took our bus. Loved that everything we needed was right in walking distance. Rooms were very clean and the bed was wonderful!

Liked: Excellent customer service.
Disliked: Very small rooms.

We had an excellent time!

Liked: The staff was very helpful and the sheets are super soft.
Disliked: Would have been nice if there had been a pool or hot tub to relax in at the end of the evening.

Liked: The lemon water by the elevator
Disliked: The bathrooms are too small and unsafe. The windows you can not see out from. The pigeons are noises all night. Parking is an extra 34 dollars per night. Factor that into your hotel costs. The breakfast area is small overcrowded and poor quality foods.

If we visit Vancouver again...

Disliked: Breakfast area was small and crowded. Selection limited.

Pleasant

Liked: Close to train station, staff were helpful, breakfast adequate and guest laundry facilities reasonably priced.
Disliked: The hotel is in a part of Vancouver that is dirty and run down (compared to Granville Bridge end of Downtown). There was no fridge in the room, ice machine didn?t work and soft drink dispenser wouldn?t accept cards. Paper cups wrapped in plastic; sugar, artificial sweetener, coffee mate and plastic stirrer all packaged together in plastic and what is the purpose of the plastic liner for ice bucket? The day I booked, all of the cost of the room was debited on my credit card so they had my money for a month before we arrived and then they put a hold on just over $100 (in case we damaged something?) on my card. Now 5 days since we checked out and that money is still not available for me to use.

Liked: The location is great. The room was little small and the furniture is little old. The hotel is excellent over all.
Disliked: The place is not specious. Small reception and dinning room. The streets outside has a lot of homeless and drugs. Creepy somehow.
