Never again!

Liked: The front desk staff and response time to problems.
Disliked: No hot water; noisy; doors slamming; people walking above you; paper thin walls.

Liked: Clean; very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The lavatory/bath area was in disrepair. The refrigerator and micro-wave were unplugged and plug in was unaccessable. Water for coffee in room was nasty, and when we asked for bottled water, we were told where to buy some.

Disliked: Smoke alarm was on the TV counter, wires were sticking out,where it was supposed to be connected. Didn't get fresh towels for next day. Curtains were falling off,when trying to close them, TV was difficult to work/connect

Disliked: Breakfast basic -- terrible coffee. Ridiculously slow check in. Very noisy from highway and other guests at night.

Extremely wrong

Disliked: I got the wrong room and was put in a smoking room with two small beds and after carrying out stuff to the room, we found out the room had no power so I walked to the lobby and told them so they gave me another room which had no shampoo soap or towels and wasn't clean. I cancelled the reservation and then they tried saying the room smelled like cigarettes and didn't want to give me my deposit back. I told them the room they replaced my original booking with smelled really strong of cigarettes and maybe it was cause our stuff sat in there for 20 min before moving it to the third room. They gave me my deposit back finally but didn't reimburse me for my room booking . I will never book here again and it was very rude and disrespectful and wrong of them to not reimburse me for canceling. They gave me not one but two rooms which weren't what I booked and dirty rooms on top of that.

Would not stay here even...

Disliked: Their were roaches by the sink coming out. The water pressure for the water was bad, all I got was hot water.
