The bed was comfortable, but the accommodations were not worth the price! The bathtub was not clean and I did not feel comfortable to even shower in it! I had to call the front desk to let them know that the iron attached to the ironing board was inoperable. Be sure to enquire about breakfast hours because the information was not offered at the front desk nor posted anywhere in the room. At 9:45 am I was lucky to get a cup of coffee and that was it!

Disliked: The bathtub was dirty. It was so obvious that it needed an overdue scrubbing! The iron didn't work.

Liked: Check-in was a breeze. Laura and her staff were very friendly, and hospitality was great had a heated pool for the late night swim. I definitely will be staying here again

Liked: I loved the receptionist she was super friendly and welcoming. The receptionist Definitely needs a raise. The room was nice and clean. The water was warming up fast which was good.
Disliked: I wish the pool was open but nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Liked: The location is pretty close to boardwalk and UCSC
Disliked: There were some pretty sketchy people. There were a lot of students so they placed my family in the back of the hotel. Did not sleep well.

Disliked: Terribly noisy tenants. Loud music till 5 am. No help from hotel staff. They said they refunded my stay but I never got it back

Liked: Running on a short staff they do an amazing job here. They are friendly kind and courteous.
Disliked: I believe the housekeepers need to do a more thorough of a job on cleaning the room I do do a very good job although a few things were overlooked.
