Perfect for a nice stay...

Liked: The morning and evening staff were super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Gave me perfect directions on where I wanted to go. The beds were so comfortable and it was very clean. I would definitely go back when I in the area for business.
Disliked: Was so tired didn't ask how to use privacy screen so I slept with it open. Maybe a little sign on how to work them. :)

Liked: The staff couldn't find my booking reservation despite me giving them my confirmation code. They were able to get me a room but at $15 more than booked. The breakfast bar was amazing. In particular I really liked the cinnamon maple waffles. It was also very close to the Mountain Health Arena, which is why we were there.
Disliked: They are remodeling the hotel. No heads up ahead of time, no discount due to appearance or the inconvenience. In my room it smelled like pot the entire time, so I don't know that it was from another room since it never went away. The newly painted bathroom looked like a 12 year old painted it. The shower never got hot. I would call it like warm at best. The wallpaper was peeling. The TV appeared to be around 20 years old, still flat screen but definitely an early version. Also like stated they were unable to find my booking or price adjust to the price booking gave me despite having a digital copy in email and the app confirming it.When we went to breakfast which was the best part, the ceiling tiles had collapsed on one side from water damage, making have the room unusable. They were cleaning it up but no one wants to see the remnants of a wet ceiling sitting on the floor during breakfast. My wife went to get ice and as she was walking toward the ice maker on the first floor she started hearing squishing noises. She looked down and it was the saturated carpet she was walking on, but there was no explanation as to where the moisture was coming from.
