Disappointed with my stay.

Disliked: Ants in shower. Check in was horrible over 2 hour wait. Could here talking through the walls when asleep.

Disappointed with the check in...

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: There was no front counter Parral. To check in. It took over 45 minutes to get someone to come by. When another family member was to check in they had to wait 2 hours to get them check in. If that wasn’t bad a enough there was men knocking on my door at 4 am. Not sure why, they left beer cans on the floor and staff must of not noticed it. Definitely a scary moment. Maybe having cameras and monitor the activities in the hallway.
