Disliked: The place looks like it is waiting for a demolition permit - everything is dated and/or not working. The TV can get 3 channels,period - 2 in English; the room phone is dead, the ice machine is broken, the furniture is dated, shabby, the bed sheets are grey with age, the patio windows are grimey The only apparent upgrade is the bathroom. We had booked it April 7th to view the April 8th eclipse and planned to stay an extra night to avoid the massive amount of traffic coming from Niagara Falls. At a cost of $625.50! We couldn't hack it for another night and we dropped off our keys and left. And this is "price checked" by Booking.com? Shame on Ramada by Wyndham! Take a look at Room 408. Would you stay there for that price? Oh, and by the way, the ice machine is just at the front of the hall, in pieces..

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Hotel being renovated ( didn’t know). Told when arrived no hot Water ( Told we could leave if we wanted ). Little late to go to another Hotel- we asked about a Discount ( received a discount). No Ice Machines were working ( Older ones) . Restaurant was also shut down ( Renovation). Toilet was loosely attached ( Notified Front Desk)
