If I ever return to Jacksonville I will stay here without thinking twice.

Liked: Ladies at the front desk were very helpful. They had printed out directions to the concert we were attending.
Disliked: I couldn't take my breakfast to my room.

Disliked: The hotel smells, especially on the 4th floor. The tv didn't work .third floor was the same way, wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Disliked: The stay was horrible- carpet smelled awful, towels were dirty- thank god I had my own. There was a blackout during my stay. The pool was green and slimy. The hotel was more if a motel with shady characters and children running up and down the halls. Not to mention the garbage that was put out in the halls outside the rooms by the patrons which I believe were contracted shelter clients. Will never book here again!!!!’
