Disappointing

I wish our discomfort could...

Liked: Some of the staff was kind and helpful.
Disliked: Other staff wasn’t very kind. Didn’t really care about our situation. Someone was in our room while we were gone and made a pallet on the floor. There was wet stuff dropped on the floor also. The said no one outside of staff was in there. I said could it not have been staff? Is there anything that we can do about this. They said no. Because they didn’t feel staff would do that. So we weee left uncomfortable.

Liked: Huge room, good location
Disliked: We stayed for a couple of days and our room did not get cleaned on day 2. I wanted to call for housekeeping but the phone line was dead. I needed to make business calls as well in the evening but the internet connection inside the room was very spotty. I had to walk to the front desk to tell them about all these. Up until the last day, we did not have our room phone connected nad the internet was still slow. It's a good thing the the room was cleaned on day 3
