Clean; quiet; helpful staff. I’d stay here again - very friendly.

Disliked: Someone scratched my car door in your parking lot. Didn’t notice as when I left it was dark.

The Ramada by Wyndham was okay aside from the fact that it was very musty smelling. We probably should have requested another room but were short on time so we just stayed in the room we were assigned.

Liked: The location of the hotel was very convenient for attending a show at the Tiki Bar.
Disliked: The room was super musty smelling.

Liked: Got us a cab van to load gear for a gig. Nothing I can really complain about. I got a room on the floor I wanted and all was gravy. I'd come again.
Disliked: They had called me a cab to the show a half mile away, but wouldn't call a cab for us back. That was a little weird, since I was staying there. But no real complaints otherwise.

Liked: After a long day of traveling and an issue with our current booking we found Ramada Wyndham. The customer service to start off was amazing... shout out Brandy ! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, and the room was cozy.

First time going to California....

Liked: The only thing that was good was the location being down the street from the doctor's office we needed to go to.
Disliked: Upon check-in we were greeted by the front desk telling us they do not work with a third party being Booking.com. That certainly took us by surprise! We could not get the room cleaned, beds made, fresh towels because the front desk told us we had to book "4" nights to have that done. We could not use the van service as told by the MOD stating it hasn't been used since the beginning of Covid. The police and ambulance arrived our first night to remove someone on a stretcher on the first floor 2 doors over followed by a nasty argument in front of the lobby with a pedestrian and I would hope the manager. Will we go there again, absolutely not!

Didn’t sleep a wink.

Liked: It was the loudest hotel (motel, really) I have ever stayed at in 45 years. I was scared the entire night and didn’t sleep.
Disliked: Paper thin walls and comings and goings from neighbors who seemed to live there or work from there.
