Large and Comfy room .
Liked: Nice large room and bathroom with a big comfortable bed. Very clean, and there was easy parking at the door. Breakfast the next day was delicious and plentiful.
Disliked: The wooden furniture in the room and bathroom were outdated.

Liked: Beautiful room, booking came with buffet breakfastWill definitely stay again if I ever need to be in Liverpool area again
Disliked: No fault of the motel but guests outside late at night and early morning, talking loud even though there are signs advising to keep noise down

Very disappointed
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Smelly, broken taps, a door we couldn’t open, an air vent that made terrible noise. No microwave . Limited tv options none really. Had to ring the motel to order meals. No phone connecting to room service

Enjoyed my stay while in...
Liked: Breakfast was included in the price. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of room to move around in. Staff were very friendly. The fridge didn’t work in the room. A new fridge was put in the room immediately. Very impressed.
Disliked: There could of been more variety in cereals.

Disappointing
Liked: Changing towels every day and making the bed. Possibility of eating at the local restaurant.
Disliked: Old furnished, cracked walls in the bathroom, very noisy because of the airconditioning of the main building situated opposite, very poor breakfasts for Europeans, for UK or US sufficient.

Overall. We love staying at...
Liked: We have stayed at Ramada Hotel in Cabramatta numerous times and have been happy every single time.
Disliked: Bit of a disappointment but we were lied to by one of the staff. I'm not sure about after hours protocol but I assumed anyone could book a room (if available) at any time. The person at the desk at the time (it was after midnight) must've thought we were after a room for ourselves, but our son had had too much to drink. We didn't want him driving home, so we asked if we could book a room for him for the night. Initially, we were told there were no rooms available until we told him that we were already guests there. Then he called for the late shift manager, who was lovely and very accommodating. We were very happy with the outcome but wondered why we were told there were no rooms when clearly, there were. We will for sure continue to stay at Ramada Hotel whenever we go to Sydney. It has become our home away from home, but money will not be made for the hotel if rooms are available, but guests are told they're not.

Liked: 1. Room cleaned everyday.2. Good breakfast 3. Great customer services 4. Location centralise, very convenience 5. Facilities cleaned and comfortable
Disliked: Building is old and are require maintenance, eg toilet leaking, hot water system was down. Some of the bedrooms doors aren't closed properly.
