Liked: They are very friendly and it's nice and clean Hotel and it is very quiet and the rooms are big
Disliked: The swimming pool wasn't working and they didn't let us know when I booked it

Disliked: However , I put a filter on my search for a hotel with a pool. That hotel was among three that had pools available for the night we wanted. We came to Columbus to visit grandchildren. We wanted to stay where they could come and swim. We chose this place because I stayed there as a kid and I wanted my grandchildren to enjoy it too. However, after paying extra to stay in a hotel with a pool, we find out the pool is closed! How devastating! If the pool is closed it shouldn't be on the list for hotels with pools available. I didn't think that was right at all!

Liked: The location was perfect for our family Christmas location
Disliked: Pool was closed for maintenance over Christmas weekend?? Advertised breakfast until 10am, took down at 9. Drain in tub had 2 screws in it, could not give our kids a bath as it would not stop. New owners dont appear to care about repeat business.

Liked: Reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. Upon check in we find out that the pool is closed for deep maintenance. On a holiday weekend? Thanksgiving?? Why would you schedule maintenance? This actually was the second time this has happened. Last time it was in July. Yet another popular time for travelers to come and want to swim! Also only provided decaf coffee in the room. Really? Decaf?!?!! Time to get it together Ramada! If you want to be significant, act significant.
