The breakfast was very good with many choices. The room was comfortable once I got settled. The initial room I was assigned had fleas. One was crawling on a leg and the other on the babies neck. Obviously someone had sneaked a pet into the room. The front desk clerk immediately assigned us to another room when I complained.

Disliked: We got stranded in elevator, stopped working, went up suddenly, then went like falling down a little, scared me and my family to death. Asked for refund to get other hotel, but was refused a refund. Had to walk up and down because we were in 4th floor. Was told by Vanessa at front desk that this issue of elevator is like common even in 5 star hotels. Coffee maker real dirty, microwave not working. Bathtub not draining, water draining to restroom floor. My God!! Even booking.com rep tried to help me get a refund after I told him what happened..no success either!Hope management dose the right thing.

Liked: The staff all were very nice. I was so tired when I was trying to book my night through booking.com and scheduled the wrong night. But when I got to the hotel JP was very helpful and changed it for me so we could stay. He also was very nice and helpful with the questions I asked. The next morning the lady that checked me out was so sweet. I don't think there was one staff member I ran into that didn't smile at me and say hey. The beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: The only down fall is the price was a little more then what I was told. It was like a dollar or something off. But thats the only complaint and also wish it wasn't so pricey

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Not much of a selection. Waffles were the highlight. Milk was cold.
Disliked: More fruit selection . Only bananas were offered. More varieties of bagels would have been nice. Only plain was offered. The bacon was extremely thin.

Disliked: Phone didn't work. Clock didn't work. Elevator didn't work. Orange juice was broken. Booking wasn't made. Cost was higher than what I booked. No one should ever use this facility.
