Average hotel, but very friendly staff, who made our stay all the more pleasant!

Liked: Everything about this hotel is alright for a 3 star. The housekeeper (an older lady) was soo kind and pleasant. I was in room 128, to help identify her.The bathroom SUCKED! Could definitely use updating. Come on Ramada do better!
Disliked: The bathroom sucked! Toilets were made for toddler height. Bathtub had newer tiles over old tiles. Everything about the bathroom needs updating badly! Glad the toilet worked I suppose.

Liked: Staff was good, got parking easily
Disliked: Bed was good but other things like coffee machine tables , around TV , there was so much dust and tables and utensils so dirty, i had to wash in sink before use.Spider webs behind table

Disappointing

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: There was mold on the curtains and window ledge. Some sticky stuff all down the side of the table, there was hair all over the towels, cobwebs everywhere and a horrible smell in the hallway.
