Almost everything else. When I first walked in there was a jackhammer in the lobby, no explanation or apology. I did ask about the shuttle to uptown as this is why I picked this hotel. I was told it would not take us uptown although advertized it would. I had to spend extra money for outside shuttle. When I got to the room there was no water, the phone service didn't work. So I went back to the lobby to report problem and was told it was being worked on. The staff I encountered was not helpful at all.

Liked: The bed and pillows were good.
Disliked: Entering hotel; no water; strong chemical smell in room; difficult to access room. Advertisement was extremely misleading.

Disliked: It was a 3 in one Hotel, but this hotel is old, you can tell at one point it was a high class establishment but now it's old and heavily discounted. Everything looks brown and dingy. They initially gave us the worst room with a view of their dry dirty pool. The rooms were okay but nothing to write home about. Doesn't offer smoking rooms or pets.

Disliked: Decent price. They gave my room to someone else but didn’t realize so when I went to my room someone was already occupying it. The next three keys they gave me didn’t work. I took me an extra 30 minutes just to get into my room. They had two cancellation charges added to my card. I never canceled a room. I’ve called twice and haven’t been able to speak with a manager.

Liked: The location of the hotel was good. The microwave & refrigerator was very good. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The way the hotel arrangements were not good. We had to circle around to find the right entrance. It was confusing as to what hotel we were staying at. The Wi-Fi was very poor. The gym was disappointing because the cables were not connected to use. The light by the door was not working.

Liked: Nothing had to switch Rooms 4 times roaches I am my first room no air in the second room third room didn’t have air conditioner on the wall and the fourth room TV broke. Stayed three nights with no TV. They didn’t assist with anything and didn’t act like they cared worse state of my life.
Disliked: Everything!!
