Quick trip to visit family...

Liked: Great waterfront amenities friendly staff
Disliked: Bushes on exit from property could be trimmed back a little so you could see better to enter roadway

Pleasant but rather noisy.

Liked: The property was clean and well maintained. The facilities offered were good and the pool was excellent.
Disliked: The aircraft noise was intrusive when outside, the traffic noise was loud and unending, very obvious even in the room, which faced the road, even with the door shut. It didn’t keep us awake though.I am currently resolving a payment issue where, although I had paid booking.com, Ramada have also taken the payment.

Amazing place and people.

Liked: Everything was great. The breakfast was amazing, so many options. The staff as always was so accomodating and friendly.Our room was very comfortable and close to the Tiki Bar and Pool yet not noisy.
Disliked: The airplanes flying over but that's to be expected in that area.

Disliked: As a senior we were on the 2nd Fl and no other attempt to move us as per my request. Also refrigerator had to be replaced, sink and shower had to be fixed. Dirty wash cloths not removed. Bathroom floor didn’t look mopped. Coffee pot was removed??? Cups not replaced. Last day almost got locked in the bathroom door wouldn’t open. I spoke to the Manger about this and credited us a nights stay.

Pleasant

Liked: staff was friendly, breakfast was good, free full up water was convenient, parking was easy, convenient to have a restaurant there.
Disliked: room needs upgrades - some lamps old and damaged, rusty hangers, bed wearing

You don't get what you...

Liked: The size of the room was awesome and It had a mini kitchen and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The beds were very hard and the furniture in the room was dated. There were chairs with stains on them and a pull-out couch with a mattress that was about an inch thick. The couch was uncomfortable and the coffee table was barely standing.

It was okay.

Liked: Loved that it at the tiki bar and marina
Disliked: Said staff would be there 24 hours. Tried to leave early to catch a flight. They told me I could pay cash then there was no one there to help me at check out at 5am. Really not that early in my opinion. Couldn’t shower in the morning or the water would be nuke warm and would come on and off. Guessing the hotel was at top complicity and could not hold up to others showering at the same time. Breakfast was decent actually.

Superb

Liked: The views are amazing and we really liked the atmosphere. I was really surprised at how much detail they put into the hotel grounds, sitting areas were beautiful by the water. Really nice touches! And all the staff were so friendly especially our receptionist and breakfast gentleman. I'm terrible with names but they were a hoot and always made us feel very comfortable! We had a room with a slider start to the docks, like feet away. So that was awesome!
Disliked: The location was very surprising. Next to airport so airplanes all hours. But not a big deal it really did kind of add to the experience. Especially eating at the restaurant and have hug planes fly over was really cool! I dreamt of airplanes the night we returned home!
