Nice hotel but staff needs...

Liked: The hotel and the room was very nice, modern and comfortable. Food was very nice as well.
Disliked: Staff was nice but service was poor. Air conditioning was extremely noisy in the room. I called to the frontdesk and they couldn’t offer me any solution.Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated for breakfast and missed a breakfast menu to choose from. The guy basically asked us what do we want.
