Gave us someone's occupied room, then the next room they gave us had bedbugs. We did not stay but instead drove the 3 plus hours home in the middle of the night. Hotel GM Kevin will not refund our money b/c the night clerk failed to note my account that we left due to the bugs. Never stay here! Rude and now I'm out money. Priceline is not much help either.
Disliked: Bedbugs and management.

Liked: Nothing. Even the outside looked very dingy and dirty.
Disliked: The hotel was very run down. It smelled very stinky, the furniture in the lobby was peeling and it was an absolutely horrible experience. It was so dirty and stinky I choose not to stay and went to another hotel. This hotel should be closed. Very poor.

Liked: this property has no cameras my work truck was broken into and my overnite bag and company tools where stolen in broad daylight this is not a safe hotel to stay in
Disliked: NO HEAT IN THE ROOM I HAD TO PULL THE THERMOSTAT COVER AND TURN THE HEAT ON MOST PEOPLE WOULD NOT FIND IT THE REMOTE FOR THE TV DIDNOT WORK THE BATHROOM TUB WAS STAINED AND NASTY I DID NOT USE IT

Liked: Worst hotel ever
Disliked: All vending machines were broken, floor tiles were broken... I had to ask the front desk for a bar of soap so I could clean up in the shower. I left with bug bites on my side.

Liked: The rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: Outdated. Poor service. No soap in the bathroom. No cups for water. Check in time was not flexible. When we checked out the man at the desk asked out our stay was. I said ?meh.? He did not ask any follow up questions to see what could?ve been done to improve our experience. Just seemed like no one at the hotel cared about the customers.

Disliked: From the start, terrible cleanliness on the outside, inside even worse. Lobby was full of outdated grungy furniture the smell was terrible the desk staff were unkept and smelled. The room had holes in the ceiling from water leaks. It hadn?t been cleaned, ever we think. Forced to insure because there is no way of getting money back from hotel due to using Booking.com. Plus it was late and just had left an even worse hotel for this one. Should be condemned by the city let alone Ramada Hotels.
