The hotel staff was excellent. Overall a good stay.
Disliked: Needs new mattresses. Spring type mattresses dipping in middle.

Liked: Very friendly staff. We loved the shuttle to and from the airport, it was very simple- just call the number and let them know once you have gotten through baggage claim.

Liked: plenty of activities for people and kids to do near the pool area
Disliked: shuttle service does not start early wish it states it needed to travel at 5 am.

it?s a great little airport...
Liked: Close to the airport with a free shuttle. The staff were good, cute little pool and tiki bar. The bed was comfy and the place was super clean.

Nice staff who work hard...
Liked: The location worked for us being close to airport, cruise terminal and freeway access.
Disliked: The rooms had been updated however, walls, carpet were very dirty, old and loud a/c wall unit. Managment allowing parking lot parties go on early hours in the morning. property security?

Great will stay there again...
Liked: The food is very good and the tiki bar is nice aswell great bartender!!
Disliked: Well it was only for one night and like I said the food was delicious and so the air conditioning wasn?t working properly so it was a little uncomfortable

a good place to stay...
Liked: proximity to cruise port and airport and availability of shuttle. we also like walking to Rendezvous restaurant. pool is good.
Disliked: didn?t care for the lunch but server was very nice.

Liked: I accidentally booked the wrong night through booking.com. I called booking.com and they were very nice and changed the date. They sent a confirmation email to me and to the Ramada Hotel confirming the change. The girl at the desk was not very nice and said she couldn't do it because it didn't pop up on the computer even though she got the email. I was in that Lobby for 2 hours waiting for a room which I finally got at 2:30 in the morning. The girl at the desk was not very nice or helpful and she was very slow not just with me but people in front of me. I almost started crying
