The staff at the front desk was very friendly and outgoing. We will definitely stay at the Ramada again when we go back up for, well, anything.

Liked: The rooms are big and fantastic and bed was very comfortable. All appliances worked. Staff were awesome and friendly.
Disliked: The bed looked nice and clean until we got ready for bed and found bed crumbs. I guess housekeeper is not doing her job in changing the dirty bed sheets with clean ones.

Liked: Location was good for airport access
Disliked: The toilet was not bolted down well and moved all over. Stains on the walls that could have been cleaned off, overall not very clean room. Cockroach came out from under the bed as we were packing up.

I really enjoyed my stay....

Disliked: People hanging out in the dark areas of the parking lot

Liked: Nice big and very clean room. Decent breakfast, okay gym, and we had no noise from the streets, which was very nice.
Disliked: Contrary to the information on Booking, the outdoor pool was still closed. Even some of the hotel staff thought it was open. So it was very disappointing to not be able to use it with great weather, and the pool had been one of the reasons to book this hotel. On our last day, there was no breakfast because somebody had used pepper spray. The hotel gave us a partial refund.
