Reasonable price. No charge for parking or internet. Very comfortable, clean, spacious room. Great shower. Free fridge and microwave. Friendly staff. Always love visiting Phoenix and Scottsdale (from Las Vegas).

Liked: The front desk gentleman was awesome along with the lady that was working with him. Friendly. The ladies that were there when we first came in not so friendly
Disliked: The beds are rock hard you looked out the window roof had broken refrigerator not a nice view. Didnt realize you only got free breakfast if you were a diamond member. And if you werent I was treated by snobs. The breakfast prices were ridiculous.

Liked: Convenient location for our purposes
Disliked: One of the main reasons we selected this property for our stay was that it has a pool. When we arrived, we learned that the pool was closed for "maintenance" - looked like it was undergoing a major overhaul. The hotel provided no advanced notice and this was very disappointing. We would have chosen something else had we known the pool was not available. The hotel should have alerted us about this prior to our stay or offered some kind of discount.

Liked: It was clean, the staff was nice. The gym was also nice.
Disliked: Just a little older than other locations I’ve been to but it was clean. They should remove the wall texture and the popcorn ceilings to upgrade it it kinda felt like if I wasn’t in a double tree.the pool was also not filled.
