I would like to again mention the room needs to be compensated for our disappointing stay Friday March 28th 2014 in Cleveland Ohio.
Liked: The hotel desk clerks and valet parking attendants were accommodating and pleasant.
Disliked: They will be contacting you to refund our night's stay. There were hot water issues - we couldn't shower and the noise in the hallway from a fight woke us at 4:00 A.M. We felt exhausted not comfortable at all.

Disliked: Allowed pets - website said they were not allowed. Allergic people cannot stay where pets are welcome so we cancelled the reservation.

Liked: Wonderful staff - everybody was so friendly and helpful. Very clean. comfortable beds. Very close to great food and the House of Blues!
Disliked: No ice machine on our floor.

stayed here because of location...
Liked: Checking in was fast, bed was comfy.
Disliked: Noisy, elevators mostly. I should have checked for micro and fridge before booking. Had someone knocking on door at 8:10 am, what?s up with that ? I think it was house keeping to see if room was empty .Had some choice words for this.

Liked: the bed must have been like a cloud cause I didn't wake up in time for breakfast,
Disliked: really don't know that I could have asked for anything better, had a bad experience with Booking. Com my first time using them I would never use them again!!

Liked: The staff was super helpful, the vallet was quick and easy, the location was perfect for our little vacation and the room was clean and roomy. The beds were super comfortable!
Disliked: I wasnt told about a $50 hold when I checked in and noticed it when I got up to the room and checked my account. Our room also did not have a mini fridge which we thought it would.
