having stayed here many times...

Liked: excellent location! good size room with balcony and beautiful views of the harbour.lovely staff. car park!
Disliked: very dated, extras advertised not in room, if your over 6 ft you can?t fit to get a shower as ceiling is to low.

Lovely view, staff excellent but...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: We are slightly disabled so the walk to the car park was too challenging really

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast would have been ok but the baked beans were cold ,the bacon was under cooked and the tomato was raw.
Disliked: 31 steps to the bedroom

Superb

Liked: Location , location, location. We had a top floor room with panoramic view of Brixham harbour. Only 2 minute stroll (250 m) down road on to quayside with loads of cafés, restaurants,post office,shops ,fish and chips and Ice Cream retailers!! AND there's free parking....but admittedly it is 300m from the hotel up a reasonable incline...but that's a price worth paying in my opinion.Entertainment on the quayside in evenings ( Brass band concert weekly) was free and a short brief stroll away.
Disliked: Hotel due a refurbishment in Autumn this year....so some rather tired areas will be upgraded. Give the owners a break... it'll be even better next year.
