Liked: I am terribly disappointed that they offered shuttle service and there was no service: ask for refund and I had to raise hell for my money back. I will never reserve on booking again. I was a loyal customer for many years. Never again

Will never stay here and...

Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: Room wasn't ready for a sofabed when it was booked asked for 4 person (2 kids + 2 adults). No pillows, blanket for the sofabed and the room was dirty. Breakfast included, but no water was provided. had to buy it. Really bad.

Liked: Didn’t stay the hotel was horrible for a family and I had my children. Wasn’t there 5 minutes before I was offer to buy drugs. Staff was horrible rooms wasn’t very clean and didn’t have all the amenities promised, plus a 100 room deposit more than price to get the room

Disliked: In the middle of the night, random knocks on the door. The hotel has very strange people who did not seam safe. The staff of the office are not helpful at all.
