Disliked: This place needs to be condemned. It was horrible.. like a horror hotel from the movies.. wires were hanging out the walls from the lights.. they were not covered.. such a hazardous situation.. the bathroom was not clean.. the king size bed only had two pillows.. like who does that? The outside was full of prostitution and drug trafficking I was scared.. it was not worth the amount of money that I paid for but due to the circumstances I had to stay overnight.. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone and if it turned into a dog shelter my dog definitely wouldn?t stay there. He would be better off outside.. Do not stay here..

Liked: The hotel was close to the places we wanted to go. I don't know about the breakfast. The room was so dirty that we didn't want to risk it.
Disliked: There was a wire hanging out of the wall where the light was. There were stains on the bedspreads. There were two long black hairs on one of the towels and a hair in the tub and one on the toilet. Faucet in tub was coming out of the wall. We couldn't get hot water from the sink. We had trouble getting the remote to work.

Liked: The location was good. Close to everything I needed.
Disliked: Room was horrible. Dresser was broken. Bed sheets stained. Light bulbs missing. Trash in the trash cans still. HORRIBLE

Disliked: I was charged twice. I spoke with the attendant who told me the money would be returned. I still haven't received my money back.

Liked: Keep in mind this rating is based on a "2 star" facility in a college town so expectations weren't very high. Checking in we were immediately given a $20 a night discount, I guess because the ballgame that weekend had been cancelled. Room was clean, had micro, fridge , coffee maker and hairdryer, cups both hot and cold, shampoo and bars of soap. Easy to use shower with unlimited hot water. Management and staff was very nice and helpful. It's not fancy, has window air conditioner that was noisy, broken toilet seat ( they fixed it when we asked) small hole in bathroom door- that kind of thing that you don't see in a higher level hotel but what they did have was SERVICE!!! We have stayed in a 4 star in New Orleans twice during covid and at neither stay were we given fresh towels- Quality Inn DID; rooms was never cleaned/bed made- Quality Inn DID. Shower was spotless, not so at that fancy 4 star. Overall they did a good job for the level hotel - I give them a huge THUMBS UP !!!

Convenient place to crash if...

Liked: Did not go to breakfast. Location is good. Bed was comfortable. Hot water did work this time as it did not on my prior stay.
Disliked: Well, it was supposed to have a couch. The couch in the room was broken & dirty with the roll out bed stuck half way out broken. Could not push it in nor pull it out. Couch was totally nasty and broken & only took up a lot of space & made the room look like a dump. There were no tissues in the dispenser.
