Old, dirty, don’t stay here.

Liked: The staff was accommodating when there was a problem with the room and moved us to a clean room.
Disliked: There was a hole someone had punched in the wall by the door, the furniture was soiled and dirty. The bed was made without changing the sheets from the previous guest. There were obvious biologicals.

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Holes in the walls. I need of repairs or remodel. No water pressure

Liked: Very convenient and the staff is very friendly
Disliked: At night the other guests make a lot of noise.

Liked: The mini refrigerator worked well and the location was perfect.
Disliked: An outlet cover was broken completely off leading to my child almost being electrocuted. Thankfully I saw him toddling over to it at the last second. We checked in at 9pm, and they took over 20 minutes to check us in through a small window separated from the lobby(we were the only clients checking in). My 5 yo child kept asking to go potty, and they ignored him. I asked if the lobby was open and they said no. They denied us access to the lobby restroom until my son started to have a literal accident in his pants. When we entered the room, we were greeted with hairs all over the shower walls, brown and yellow stains on all the bedding and towels. There was thick dust and sticky spots on the desk, counters, and tables. The room was thick with marijuanna smoke; there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector on the ceiling. The carpet was covered in crumbs. There was mold growing around the tub insert in the restroom. I am a mom of 4 and nurse; it takes a lot to gross me out...but it was honestly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. No one came to clean our room for the duration of the weekend, no offer of new towels, or removal of room trash.

Liked: Room smeltt very bad of cigarettes. Sink a counter were dirty so was bathtub and carpet.

Liked: Close to destination
Disliked: Booking.com said pet friendly so I booked the room. Upon arrival posted twice in lobby No pets!! And I was turned away and then still charged for the stay. Have never gotten my money back. I then looked up another place on Booking.com and called them first. Same thing!! Booking.com said pet friendly and the hotel said No Pets! This app is a waste of time for pet owners
